Shipping Policy

Elight Home Sdn Bhd can only send orders to street addresses in Malaysia. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. We are unable to ship to international addresses at this moment. We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place your order separately for each unique address.

Shipping Charges

Elight Home Sdn.Bhd. charges a standard shipping fee of MYR15.00 with every transaction for any local deliveries in West Malaysia. You may opt to pay a higher transaction fee delivery of items exceeding certain designated dimensions or weight. However, to celebrate the launch of www.elighthome.com, the online store, we are now having the “Free Delivery” for total ordered amount greater than MYR100.00.

*Our "Free Delivery Promotion" will only be eligible for orders placed on www.elighthome.com with the delivery address limited to only West Malaysia*

All items are not including installation charges, unless stated otherwise under the product page assembly service column. We can arrange the installation upon requested by collecting the fees on site.

Delivery Lead Time

On the product page for each item, you will see a delivery lead time estimate with items categorized into Quick Ship Items, Large Items, and Special/Customized Items. We strive to deliver your purchased products with the shortest time possible.

Confirmed orders will be shipped out from our warehouse within 1-3 day (s) for Quick Ship Items for West Malaysia, 4-8 days for East Malaysia.

For Large Items orders (7 -14 business days): Items marked as Normal arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on availability.

For Special/Customized Items orders (14-21 business days): Items marked as Normal arrive within 14-21 business days, depending on availability. Please talk to our customer service for special/customized items.

Delivery Service and Timeslots

For Quick Ship Items, we dispatch these orders via courier service to our logistic partners to process the delivery.

For Large Items and Special/Customized Items, our customer service will call or email to arrange a delivery date and confirm an appointment time frame (typically a 2 to 4 hours window for delivery. Standard delivery windows between 10am to 6pm, Monday through Friday (except Public Holiday) prior to the agreed delivery time with you. These orders are delivered by our logistics partner on a pre-scheduled date for West Malaysia orders only.

Upon Delivery

Upon receiving your item, pleas inspect the item(s) and the surrounding is in good condition. If yes, you will be require to sign off the Delivery Order to acknowledge your good acceptance. Once Delivery Order is signed with no discrepancies, it is deemed that the order is acceptable by customer in good condition.

If you identify an imperfection, please inform our customer service before signing off. Kindly email us with photos of the defective item(s) to facilitate our investigation. It normally takes 3 working days for us to accommodate the issue. In the event an exchange cannot be made, we reserve the rights to offer a substitute. All replacement of item(s) will be made depends on the availability.

Track Your Order

Please locates your tracking number in the delivery confirmation email or by logging into your user account. Alternatively, you can visit the courier website’s links and enter your tracking number into the tracking widget to see the status of your order delivery. Tracking numbers may take a few hours to be inputted into the system after you receive the delivery confirmation email.
